Life Issues - Enforcing the Comstock Act

from WKJA Podcasts

For years, pro-life Americans have been told that protecting unborn children requires passing more laws. But sometimes the first step is simply enforcing the laws we already have.   Attorney General nominee Todd Blanche recently pledged that, if confirmed, he would enforce federal laws protecting unborn children, including the Comstock Act. That matters because laws mean very little if government officials refuse to enforce them.   The Comstock Act already restricts the mailing of articles used to produce or facilitate abortions, and its enforcement could halt the mail-order distribution of abortion drugs.  We must do everything in our power to ensure that life is defended. The Comstock Act is a fantastic first step, and we pray that it will soon be enforced.
