I am on the couch with Sonny Etienne, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Addiction Professional, and a National Certified Counselor. A graduate of Florida Memorial University, he studied Religion and Philosophy and Counseling Psychology at Trinity International University. Mr. Sonny is the founder of Introspective Counseling Services, a private practice based in South Florida. In his role as a psychotherapist and author, Mr. Sonny combines counseling theories and creative interventions to help people achieve greater life satisfaction. In addition to counseling, coaching, and consulting, he is a frequent guest on local and national broadcasting programs. Mr. Sonny addresses identity, purpose, and finding meaning that affects today’s teens and young adults, couples, and families.
