Life Update: Navigating Friendships While Feeling Misunderstood + More

from Go Regulate Yourself · host Brianne Roberge

In this episode, I am sharing a personal update on my journey of self-discovery and healing while living abroad in Nicaragua. In it, we are chatting all about my deep spiritual awakening in the last six months, the challenges of navigating friendships while feeling misunderstood, and the importance of letting go of expectations in life.  I discuss my human design and the role it has played in discovering who I am, the significance of prioritizing my own wellbeing and self-care, and my deepening desire to delve into spirituality and feminine energy through practices like plant medicine.    Biggest Takeaways When going through a spiritual awakening or healing process, it is natural for your identity to shift and change- and for relationships or friendships to feel more difficult. A deep level of exhaustion in your healing journey is important, and sometimes you need to take additional periods of rest to catch up on what your body lacked for many years. Discovering who you are and what you want to get out of life can take some time to figure out... and sometimes that means turning inwards and 'retreating' away from the world for a little bit.   If you're looking to become your most magnetic self in 2025, then you'll want to make sure to grab my FREE New Years Guide called Release, Reset + Reinvent. It includes 25 incredibly powerful journal prompts to help you shed limitations, set scarier goals, and step into the shoes of your highest potential this year. Get instant access to this guide HERE.   If you've been feeling lost, unsure of who you are, as if you're repeating the same year over and over, or that just feel like you can't seem to move forward in life, then you might want to consider joining us for this 3-day in-person retreat in Edmonton, AB called Rising From The Ashes.
