The concept was around how life will present you with people and circumstances to show you in life where you are not free.The people who trigger you, the patterns that keep repeating, the moments that activate you emotionally… they’re all often revealing something WAY deeper.In this episode, I explore how life presents us with people and circumstances that show us where we’re still attached, reactive, fearful, or seeking control... and guess what? It's not to punish us, but it is an invitation to bring awareness to the places within us that are asking, maybe even screaming... for freedom.A conversation about triggers, emotional reactions, nervous system patterns, relationships, and the subtle power of self-awareness and self-responsibility.
