Light at end of Daybreak Foods tunnel with PIC's approval of R150 million in funding

Following months of halted operations at Daybreak Foods, there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel with the Public Investment Corporation (PIC) approving R150 million in funding. Daybreak entered business rescue in May after facing severe financial challenges and accusations of animal cruelty that resulted in the mass culling of chickens. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to  senior business rescue practitioner for Daybreak Foods, Tebogo Maoto
