Light overwhelms darkness

I need reminding that as long as I'm focused on the light, that light will give me the strength and ability to heal fear and pain through acceptance.  I resist moving forward at times because I'm afraid of the pain that will be uncovered.  This podcast is to help remind myself that the pain of healing through acceptance is far less than the endless suffering of trying to deny the existence of that pain.   Share your thoughts with me at [email protected] My books are available on Amazon as e books and paperbacks.  Links to most of the books appear on my web site, visirity.com
