This is a short recording letting you know how and why I created this. podcast. My wish is to open a window into other people's lives to improve general mental health and recognise everyone's life is valuable and unique and can perhaps get even more interesting if you Change Your Attitude and see how Your Life can Change. If you don't like the changes you can always back to the way you were. It was working for you then, and nothing is permanent. I am often told I live in a fantasy, which I choose to see as a compliment, so I always answer ' Yes, come and join me! If you don't like it you can always go back to your way.'
