I’d like to share that with more people, especially because Covid has created a fear and anxiety many people continue to carry.My goal is not to tell you things you don’t know or teach you anything. You are perfectly fine the way you are. You don’t have to change a thing. I just want to share how I deal with my world, and if you want to try any of my strategies to see if they might also make you feel better, I will be thrilled.The goal is not to make you happy all the time, but just to feel a little better when you want to and get used to feeling good.
