LIMITES DU COACHING CLASSIQUE POUR LES PROFILS ATYPIQUES

Aujourd’hui dans cet épisode de connective, je vais aborder une thématique plus technique mais oh combien indispensable pour les profils atypiques en responsabilité.  Cette thématique concerne le coaching et plus précisément  le mode et les approches d’accompagnement qui ne fonctionnent pas avec les profils atypiques.C’est un sujet important, qui n’est pas toujours bien cerné et compris.Que l’on soit coach, exécutive coach, coach professionnel, coach de vie, ou en cabinet,  toute personne ou équipe intervenant dans le développement et la croissance professionnelle, conduite de changement,  transformation, de profils hors des normes. D’ailleurs sur LinkedIn, suite à un de mes posts, j’ai une consœur coach qui m’a remercié car c’était un sujet qu’elle avait à priori discuté dans la journée avec un cabinet. C’était un point d’incompréhension entre elle et le cabinet.Mon post l’a aidé à bien comprendre les mécanismes en jeu lorsqu’on accompagne des profils atypiques.Alors approfondissons : effectivement de nombreux cadres, managers,  dirigeants, entrepreneur(e)s, à haut potentiel cognitif/émotionnel ou avec des parcours non « conventionnels »  ont souvent déjà expérimenté un coaching professionnel « classique ». J’insiste bien méthodes classiques.Ces profils présentent, en effet,  une certaine maturité réflexive, du fait d’un parcours déjà engagé, de situations vécues, de projets pilotés.Néanmoins en ayant pas toujours une conscience réelle intégrée de leurs profils atypiques, et donc de ce qu’implique la douance, lorsque l’on est concerné par un HPI ou THPI .Comment elle peut s’exprimer cette douance, se révéler ainsi que les aptitudes, les talents amenés par la neuro atypie combinée ou  l'hypersensibilité singulière. Par méconnaissance d’eux-mêmes, souvent, ces esprits se laissent guider parfois inconsciemment beaucoup plus par l’adaptation au système, la conformité au cadre et pas suffisamment par leur identité d’atypique.Ce qui les amène donc, lorsque le besoin est présent, à s’orienter sur du coaching classique, modelé sur la performance = un format que leur structure adaptative connait très très bien. Ils sont dans une continuité de fonctionnement appris et attendu. Et malgré les résultats visibles de ce type d'accompagnement, une question persiste en arrière-plan : Pourquoi le sentiment d’alignement reste-t-il incomplet ?...Pourquoi cette sensation de manque existe t'elle toujours ?Hébergé par Ausha.
