Lindsay Gaskins is chief executive officer of Chicago-based Marbles: the Brain Store, a first-of-its-kind retail concept that focuses on products designed to stimulate and strengthen the brain. Marbles offers a unique assortment of products ranging from books, travel games and puzzles to family board games and computer programs.   Originally from Ipswich, Massachusetts, Gaskins studied economics and played basketball at Wesleyan University in Connecticut. Earlier in her career, Gaskins served as an associate at the Boston Consulting Group and as a buyer and corporate strategist at Sears Holdings Corp.   Gaskins currently resides in Chicago, where she opened the first Marbles: The Brain Store in 2008.
