Ik dacht: “Dít is leiderschap.” Totdat ik hem zag losgaan op iets kleins. Een collega kwam te laat. Zijn reactie? Koud. Grof. Onmenselijk. En langzaam viel het kwartje: deze man was geen leider, maar een tiran. Sterk op papier, zwak in menselijkheid. Ik nam mezelf voor: “Ik ga het anders doen.” Maar eerlijk? Het tegenovergestelde werkte ook niet. Te zacht. Te meegaand. Geen resultaat. Toen ontstond mijn visie: 📉 Lineair leiderschap: gefocust op status, positie, controle. 📈 Compounding leiderschap: gebaseerd op leren, dragen en groeien.
