Les probiotiques au service de notre deuxième cerveau Ce sont en fait des micro-organismes qui peuplent votre intestin. Ils sont essentiels pour maintenir un bon équilibre de votre flore intestinale. Côté chiffres : tout juste quelques heures après sa naissance, le tube digestif et l'intestin du nourrisson  va se peupler de milliards de bactéries. Chez un adulte on compte près de 600 familles de bactéries différentes. Près de 100 000 milliards de bactéries : c'est votre flore intestinale. Les micro-organismes aident à la bonne digestion ainsi qu'à l'élimination des aliments non désirables pour l'organisme. Mais parfois un déséquilibre peut se produire. C'est à ce moment-là qu'il faut miser sur les probiotiques : de bons champignons ! Où trouver ces fameux probiotiques ? Evidemment, vous pouvez d'abord vous tourner vers une alimentation saine et variée. Les laits fermentés et yaourts sont riches en probiotiques. Idem pour la levure de bière, la choucroute, la sève de bouleau ou encore les légumes fermentés. On citera également le pain au levain naturel ou encore le kéfir.
