Eran shares insights into the psychology of listening and why people often struggle to truly listen when they are focused on defending their own ideas, preparing a response, or trying to solve a problem too quickly. Eran is the founder of Early Alert, which works with universities, hospitals, public schools and first responder agencies to prevent suicide and promote wellness among students and employees.
