As we navigate the hustle and bustle, creating quick easy healthy meals for our children can become taxing. In addition, some of us get so caught up in getting ready for the holiday that we forget that this time is also for our children to enjoy time off, family time, and all around good holiday fun. However, we can come up with routines and activities that help us bring food, children and family connection all together.
