LIVE from SBT GRVL (Episode 220)

This week Kristi is coming to us from live on the ground at SBT GRVL. Listen in as she catches up with gravel pros, age group athletes, race organizer Amity Charity, GRVL Femmes team leader Lani Woods, women’s para division champion Clara Brown, and the epic duo of mom-to-be Iz King and her own mom who took on the ride together. This year the event was spread over two days. Saturday’s non-competitive ride took riders out on a scenic route around Steamboat Springs and offered three different distances to choose from. Sunday’s option featured a pro and amateur course and had the riders speeding their way around the champagne gravel that Colorado is famous for.
