Living her legacy through social entrepreneurship

Barbara Greenspan Shaiman was born in Germany, the daughter of holocaust survivors who emigrated to the US when she was 3-years old. She began her career in education, and transitioned to owning a very successful recruiting business.It was a trip to Auschwitz with her parents that changed the direction of her life. She started a program called Champions of Caring in Philadelphia high schools to encourage kids to become leaders in service.
