Destiny Spurrell is a mom of three we boys, a Naturopathic Doctor and the co-founder of the company Soul Spark. Destiny works primarily with moms who are tired; tired of feeling that they're just 'done' too many days in a row. Tired of showing up to the outside world, then finding themselves exhausted and riddled with impatience and frustration at home. She focuses first on re-building physical energy through tangible, do-able steps so that we are able to take the necessary steps towards understanding and aligning with our body's rhythm and function, to work with our mind, to honour our soul in a way that has us able to show up as the human we desire to be in the world AND with our families.
