Living Large in Small Batches – Jason Barrett of Black Button Distilling

Jason Barrett, the President of Black Button Distilling, grew his company's revenue from $685,000 in 2014 to $2.2 million in 2017, a 221% increase, and to around $3 million in 2018.   Black Button Distilling is a producer of handcrafted whiskey, vodka and citrus forward gin from locally grown products.   In this interview with Eversprint's Malcolm Lui, Jason shares how he and his team accelerated their high value sales by:   Building a team of full-time and part-time staff who are passionate about their spirits.  Providing their end consumers and liquor stores with the products they want.  Integrating work with life, as opposed to work-life balance.
