We welcome your inspiring comments. Send a textGod did not save me for me to sit on my story.  My life is proof that recovery is possible.   My decision to recover was a decision to live and not die. My life is a statement of what one cannot do alone one can do with the help of others. With the power supplied by God and the instructions of truth given to me by addicts in meetings, I have attended around the world. Meetings where one addict helps another by sharing their personal stories of truth. These stories of hope inspired and instructed me on what to do and what not to do. To know better one must learn better from better teachers. In recovery, the best teachers are those who have walked the walk and now talk the talk. For the disease I suffer from the treatment comes freely from others who have experienced the same dilemma I have encountered on my road to recovery. It was their own truthful tales that provided the treatment I needed to overcome the deadly nature of the disease of addiction. My story is no different than anyone else's, I used drugs and alcohol until drugs and alcohol used me.  Today I share my story in giving back that which was freely given to me that's how it works. It works if you work it, so work it you are worth it.   Today I am living my best life in recovery.beat outro loopSupport the showRecovery is a process of decisions.
