Living My Values — Solo Reflection Episode This one's a reflection from the thick of it. I recorded this during a really full on season. Personally, with my family, and in business. Everything felt like it hit at once. From relocating an international retreat because of political unrest, to receiving heartbreaking family health news, to navigating a childcare crisis, my values were the only things keeping me grounded. Love, integrity, freedom, wealth and adventure. These aren’t just words I wrote down one day. They’re what I came back to every time I had to make a tough call. This isn't a polished story or a step-by-step guide. It's real life. Messy, human and honest. It's about choosing what matters, even when not everyone gets it. Especially when the pressure's on.
