Liz Daniels - Equiteam

This week Sarah is joined by Liz Daniels from Equiteam and they start with going into the background of Equiteam, and the Confidence camps that started the journey. Liz outlines what an average week/day looks like for herself and the team and we learn a little more about all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes in producing the content for the membership. They also spoke about the elusive “work-life” balance and we may have even come to a conclusion on how the running of a business (or two!) fit in!
