The mommas from the 1st three episodes of At a Total Loss are back to tackle some popular topics regarding loss. If you didn't listen to their first episodes, Liz is Harrisons mom who was born over a year and a half ago. Kelsey is Patricks momma who was born still 4 years ago, and Sarah is the other Brody's momma who was stillborn 3.5 years ago. We are close friends here in Atlanta and they have been a saving grace for me over the past year. They all have gone on to have "rainbow" babies and they give their insight as to what life looks like since they last recorded almost one year ago. They choose to live as happy as they can while honoring their sons. It's really a beautiful thing and I'm so lucky to have our grief vibes match up.
