This legendary class, accompanied by the soulful sounds of Javanese musician and my soul brother, Abink, was an exploration of movement and spirit that transcended the physical practice.The class began with a deep, grounding meditation, followed by kriya practices to ignite energy and intention. A powerful vinyasa flow guided participants through core work, balancing poses, and standing sequences, creating a seamless blend of strength and grace. The practice continued into luscious relaxation, culminating in expansive backbends that opened both the body and heart.Throughout, the live music added a magical layer, weaving rhythm and melody into every breath and movement.
