Looking at Life Through the Lens of Self-discovery

from Uncorked with Funny Wine Girl · host Jeannine Luby

We don't keep wearing pants that don't zip or shirts that don't fit, so why do we keep doing things and spending time with people who no longer seem to fit our lives? Reflection can lead to difficult discoveries about ourselves and change can be difficult. But once we're ready, and we begin to focus on discovering new ways to live, habits to form, and actions to take...life becomes clearer and more joyful. This week, my guest Ashley Matthews, talks about self-discovery she went through to bring her to the place she is in life now where she can help other women do the same exploration. Ashley takes beautiful pictures but now she is working with women on a more holistic and visceral level --helping women feel comfortable to explore who they really are and then photographing their beauty as they see it. Follow Ashley on Instagram and Facebook at Simply Lush Studio to see what develops in the coming months. As always, I say, I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart and the bottom of my wine glass.
