Lord, Teach Us to Pray! – Part III (Why Should I Keep Praying?)

Something very difficult about prayer is doubt creeps in. Is God there? Does he care? Am I praying wrong? Is God punishing me? The risky nature of prayer is that Jesus invites us into a relationship with him and to seek him in prayer and he promises to answer. Therefore, we should battle unbelief and doubt and keep praying expectantly knowing that he doesn’t promise to answer prayer necessarily the way we desire.
