This may be the clearest indication that a cabinet reshuffle is imminent, after much pressure on President Cyril Ramaphosa to replace a number of ministers perceived to be incompetent or linked to corruption and the controversial Gupta family.Cabinet ministers are required to be members of parliament, although the Constitution allows for two ministers to be exempt from this provision.
