My friend Rebecca Johnson happened to be in sweltering hot AZ, so we thought we'd chat on the podcast. Just like me, she's a self-proclaimed hot mess and a work in progress. Her best friend's son was murdered, her husband died suddenly, and then she found out she had a rare form of eye cancer. That would be enough to knock the life out of anyone. But laughter, friendship, breakdowns, work...and trips to the hot Arizona desert helped her heal. Her advice to anyone grieving or suffering: Take Five. Take five minutes, take five hours, take five days, take five months...but don't take five years. We talked about love and marriage, marking anniversaries.
