Loyal to a Fault-Being too Loyal can be harmful

We all have had times where we have had to work that job that didn't serve us. Although the job market is deplorable right now, leaving a job may not be in your best interest. I talk about the regret I felt not leaving a job sooner. Being loyal to a fault will cause a broader disrespect to yourself.
