Cheryl B. Wells MS, LPC, CEDS email: [email protected] |864-404-1200 | FB: @behtherapy Happy 2018 my pod-squad! Hope your 2018 is off to a wonderful start! I just wanted to say that my wish for all of you as we embark on 2018 is to just continue becoming the best expert on YOU, to continue getting to know yourself, listening to where your heart calls you, and remain open to receive all the world has to offer you. I just want you to know that I’m not here to tell you how you need to change, just to send a little encouragement. And remind you that you don’t HAVE to change just because it’s a new year. And at the same time, you’re allowed to change however (and whenever) you’d like. I have to say that this is a very special episode. I know I’ve said this before but I’ve never actually hosted someone specifically because of their expertise. Today I’m talking with my good friend Cheryl Wells. Cheryl B.
