[LTSL] 23: Bob Becker, 74 years Young, Fit, & the Oldest to complete 292-Mile Badwater Double!

Get ready to be inspired and motivated! Bob Becker, 74 years young, was the oldest finisher at the Badwater 135 in August 2015, which bills itself as “the world’s toughest foot race." Most would be spent after that race, but Bob is one of the few who then climbed to the summit of Mt. Whitney, turned around to head back to the start in Death Valley, for a total of 292 miles!! Yet, Bob has not been running his whole life and doesn't run for hours every single day. Tune in to hear his sweat story, how he got started with some friends to celebrate a birthday ending in zero, that then turned into running an ultra, to becoming a race director of ultra marathons. At one point Bob was asked to help crew a friend for the Badwater 135 mile ultra and from that point he has always been a part of the Badwater 135 in some capacity. Bob shares his tips and tools along the way, including his secret to staying in shape and being so healthy all this time!
