PODCAST Episode 25: Katy Joy Wells, Creator of Your Simplified Home: Decluttering Made Easy & Host of the Maximized Minimalist Podcast.  You may be thinking, “But what does decluttering have to do with working out and staying healthy?!”  Katy answers that and more on how to claim back your time and your life with decluttering!  Time is one of the biggest barriers to us all fitting in our workouts and healthy habits.  Katy shares how decluttering your house can allow you to get up to 40% of your time back spent cleaning, which can mean on average 8-12 hours a week!  Katy shares some tangible tips and tools to get started decluttering today.  One of my favorite parts about this episode is how real and open Katy is about her sweat journey, from working 70 hours a week at a business she wasn’t passionate about, to becoming a mom with two young babes close together, and now having a new business she is super passionate about. Meaning Katy has and lives a full busy life, she shares what her workouts looked like before kids, to when they were super young, to now, giving us a full perspective of how the shifts in life mean shifts in your healthy habits.  Katy has now found a balance of maintaining 2 committed workouts a week with 3 being the goal.
