In 2012, he joined Westfalia Fruit, leading its global expansion. Under his leadership, Westfalia became a powerhouse in the avocado market, ensuring year-round availability of avocados. Alk emphasizes the importance of authenticity, passion, and continuous self-improvement in leadership. He believes in servant leadership and credits mentors for his growth.
