Lucy Coplin on tackling mental health in marginalized communities.

Today we’re getting under the hood with Lucy Coplin a daughter, sister, friend, women’s advocate and a Licensed Master Social Worker, working as a therapist in New York City. Throughout Lucy’s career, she has specialized in working with a wide variety of clients including children and families, but she has often worked with young people identifying as LGBT+ and/or neurodivergent and has also had the opportunity to train other providers on both subjects.Lucy provides a strengths-based approach to therapy that employs a mixture of DBT, Mindfulness, and other styles as needed so as to best center each client.
