Luke 19:28-48 - Palm Sunday

How many people can you hold in your heart? Really caring, sensing their pain, sorrow, anxieties, troubles, adversity, fear, hopes, and dreams? Maybe a few, like family, close friends, random prayer requests, etc. Jesus came holding the entire human race in His heart to redeem and transform mankind into His sons and daughters. During the last week of His life, the people worshiped Him, but then the reality of the sin and darkness of the human race temporarily overtook the vision of love, mercy, and grace, the cross, the crucifixion and death of Jesus on Good Friday ended the hope of all who were truly following Jesus. Then, on Easter Sunday, three days later, Jesus was miraculously resurrected from the dead once and for all, giving hope to the human race that our sins could be forgiven, that we could be born again, given another chance, and encounter and experience love and grace of a new life that would now be everlasting.
