Luke Combs shares what helped his OCD and Jelly Roll goes on a digital detox | Music City Minute

from Music City Minute

Luke Combs has made a big change to his lifestyle. In the past, Combs has talked about living with obsessive-compulsive disorder, or OCD. Unfortunately, over the summer, Luke was having really bad flare-ups with crippling symptoms. The "Hurricane" singer decided to do a deep dive into his health, and he's been able to manage some of his symptoms by going gluten free. According to Combs, reworking his lifestyle has changed his life for the better, especially his mental health.   A while back, Jelly Roll said when his current tour wraps for the year, he was going to throw his phone into the Cumberland River. You might have thought that was an idle threat, but he's made good on that promise. The start of the "Save Me" singer's annual devil box "digital detox" was captured on video by Bunny XO with a caption that read, "We're sorry, Jelly Roll can't come to the phone right now."   I'm Sheena, and that's your Music City Minute.
