L'última boteria de Catalunya

A Catalunya hi ha més de 800 cellers, però només una boteria. Es tracta de la Boteria Torner, fundada el 1739 a Vilafranca del Penedès i que fa dos anys va estar a punt de desaparèixer. Al "Tast vertical", rebem la visita dels seus nous propietaris, Assís Suriol, enòleg del celler Can Suriol, i l'empresari Sergi Camps. Durant les últimes setmanes, tots dos han fet ruta per les denominacions d'origen catalanes per presentar els resultats d'un estudi que han dut a terme de la mà de l'Incavi per comprovar com canvien les característiques d'un vi en funció del tipus de fusta que s'hagi utilitzat durant la fermentació. L'última parada la fan a Catalunya Ràdio, on tastem i analitzem les diferents variants d'un mateix vi amb l'ajuda del sommelier i col·laborador del programa Fredi Bassal.
