(Lander, WY) – Lander Valley High School’s Adelyn Anderson has already accomplished more than most athletes will in a lifetime. To name a few of those achievements, she’s a two-time Gatorade Girls Track and Field Athlete of the Year winner. A three-time state champion. She owns both school records for discuss and shot put. She has the longest shot put throw, of any female, in state history. She has multiple individual indoor track championships. Oh, and by the way, she graduated from high school with honors this spring. A GPA most of us didn’t think was possible to attain, a 4.39. The all-around Lander Valley star is on to Wisconsin this fall. She’ll throw and study mechanical engineering at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Adelyn joined the County 10 Sports Podcast this week to recap her success, some of her favorite memories as a Tiger and look ahead to college track.
