I volunteer for SOBS (Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide), heading up their Reigate Support Group. After working for ten years as an actress in television, theatre and radio, she trained and worked as a Relate couples and young people counsellor. Going on to work as an advocate for Witness Against Abuse by Health and Social Care Workers.  Having benefited greatly from practicing yoga personally, she went on to train as a teacher and has been teaching since and running workshops. Her personal highlight has been finally having the courage to tell her own story; living with a father with undiagnosed mental health issues who went on to take his own life.
