Make More Sales Using Video Marketing with Nina Froriep (Episode 326)

from Enlightenment of Change · host Connie Whitman

"Video marketing solidifies your online presence while building deep and meaningful relationships with your customers. It adds a personal touch to your brand while increasing your conversions!" - Lisa Lubin   A few years ago, the owner of WebTalkRadio, Mary Lou Davidson, was coaching me on becoming a better host and making my podcast interesting, fun, and engaging.  Then, one day, she told me, "You need to start recording your show using video."  I couldn't hear anything after that, as if in a time warp.  In my mind, I was thinking, "Did she tell me I need to record the show using video?  So people could see me! That's crazy and not happening." After a few minutes of her sharing the benefits of video, I buckled and embraced her recommendations.  That was about three years ago.  That is the best advice ever!    I have become so comfortable on video that being on Zoom was like breathing when COVID hit.  I created a digital class, and yes, you guessed it, I use short videos to teach the content of our weekly group coaching calls.  Basically, for most businesses, using video isn't an option. It's a must-do. Do not fear; I have an expert to break this down into actionable pieces so you, too, can create some binge-worthy videos.    YouTube: https://youtu.be/nSf-rlxvd0c   About Nina Froriep: Nina is an award-winning producer and documentary filmmaker. This Impact Studios production is a collaboration with the Governor family, UTS Faculty of Law and Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research. The Last Outlaws teamKatherine Biber - UTS Law Professor and Chief InvestigatorAunty Loretta Parsley - Great-granddaughter of Jimmy Governor and the Governor Family Historian Leroy Parsons - Governor descendant, Narrator and Co-WriterKaitlyn Sawrey - Host, Writer and Senior ProducerFrank Lopez - Writer, Managing Next Generation Energy Systems Cambridge University Background Stakeholders working with energy systems have to make complex decisions formulated from risk-based assessments about the future. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation. This knowledge exchange workshop was part of the four months Res Not All At Once Kendall Weihe Two guys talking shop once a week. Mostly about the intersection of technology and money.
