Making every day fresh and new

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

If we're growing spiritually, growing in our self acceptance, then every day is new.  If it's not, it's a sign there is growth available to us.  We can access that growth by being more focused in the present moment, more conscious of the thoughts in our mind, more aware of how our body is at this moment, or any other way that creates a focus in the present moment.   We all have unconsious thoughts that impact our life.  I offer thought coaching to move thoughts from the unconscious to the conscious.  When we are aware of a thought, we have the opportunity to choose to act on it or not.  When we are not aware of a thought, it controls our behavior to be our habitual behavior with us making a conscious choice of deciding if that's what we really want.  If you're interested in thought coaching, contact me at [email protected] for a free introductory session. My books are available on Amazon.  You can find links to the books on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
