Managers Of The Gospel: How The Way We Live Influences The World

Greetings everyone, and may mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you. We will be in 1 Corinthians 4 today. What does it mean to be a steward? If you’ve ever had a manager or been a manager, you would know they basically fit the definition. They are responsible for making sure things run properly, but more importantly, they are responsible for the people that look up to them. As Christians, we are managers of the Gospel in the same way. And whether we like it or not, there’s someone that we are influencing. A bad manager only considers himself, negatively influences the team, and assumes authority that isn’t his. The same thing applies to Christians that say they trust in Jesus, but refuse to give up the authority that was never theirs to begin with.
