After realizing she over prepared food for her family, she started to realize she needed to get ride of some of her prepped meals. After delivering extra meals to friends and family, Allyse saw how well they were received and went to Facebook to see how many people would be interested in a delivery service. After seeing a very high demand, Allyse started Beehive Meals and has learned many lessons in scaling in the food and beverage industry.
