Managing Projections

Even if you don't know them by name, we all participate in projections. A projection is simply a lens with which to view something. All of our lenses have been colored by something: experiences, opinions, ancestral lines, wounds, triumphs. But sadly these projections are not always accurate and can get us and other people into trouble. This episode names the process of projection, discusses ways to work with it once we become aware, and encourages us to use our power of awareness to create more positive experiences through presence + love. This is a delicate subject, but one that needs to be called out and examined. Projections are truly the elephant in every room!
