Continuing our mini residents series celebrating 4 years of Mixer we have co-founder Jambo! "It's amazing to say we have been running Mantissa for nearly 6 years now, reached 4 years worth of contributions our (near) weekly mix series, and launched our label and debut EP in what has been a pretty crazy year for everyone. Thank you to all the amazing artists that have helped and contributed to our mix series either this year or in years gone by. Also many thanks to anyone that supported our debut EP, we've been blown away with how it's been received. My contribution to our anniversary series is a mix inspired by Croydon's, DNR Vinyl. It was one of the first places I went digging for records and was the start of my love for ukg. The majority of the records were bought on numerous trips to the store that I would spend hours digging in. A couple of exceptions came from Discogs - a recommendation from the late, great Alex T on the ITT Group (Mike Millrain - Can't Stop), and the other from Estimulo (Minus 8 - Badman & Throbin (Gabor Deutsch Dub)).
