Marathon 4 Fitzroy Falls 2004

After the Host City Marathon (2000) I went into runner's depression, put on weight and struggled with accepting the muscle memory was not enough and I was slowing down. Running was no longer part of my life. At this stage I came across my running saviour - Cool Running Australia. I got back into running in May, 2004 and ran this race in Fitzroy Falls, my first trail race, in the area where I started running (Bowral)and the resurrection of running and life.
