from Last Drinks

Ruth Cooper-Dickson lives in the UK and used to drink a lot when she went out. Networking in the corporate world was always easier with a few drinks under her belt, but her passion for running marathons kept her drinking somewhat in check. It was back to back events which involved her emptying out her purse to a complete stranger that had Ruth asking the question, 'should I give up drinking?' So she did. And since then it hasn't been a straight forward path but Ruth has discovered more effective coping tools to deal with the big life stuff, she also just ran a personal best marathon too. If you are a side hustle chaser or corporate high flyer, Ruth's story will inspire you to do the hustle hangover free. An award-winning positive psychology practitioner and trauma-informed accredited coach, Ruth founded global Mental Wealth consultancy CHAMPS in 2015 and has since worked with a multitude of internationally renowned brands.
