Newstalk ZB has revealed Nash was warned for breaching the Cabinet manual over a 2020 Newstalk ZB interview in which he advocated for police officer Matthew Hunt's killer to be imprisoned for a long time. Nash has already lost his job as Police Minister after revealing on Newstalk ZB this week that he'd asked the Police Commissioner two years ago to appeal a decision by the courts.
