Von der Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts an war die Pfarrkirche Mariä Himmelfahrt in Margarethenberg eine Wallfahrtskirche zu den heiligen 14 Nothelfern. Seit 1959 wird auch wieder das ursprüngliche Patrozinium gefeiert.
