Avui és Sant Jordi, i us hem dedicat un programa molt especial on no falta una rosa pintada amb vi. Comencem, però, parlant de maridatges impossibles. Com podem harmonitzar productes que no solen acompanyar bé amb els vins? Carxofes, espàrrecs, ous, escabetxos i plats avinagrats, verdures... Per resoldre la qüestió hem convidat els sommeliers Ferran Centelles i Bruno Tanino i els restauradors Carles Gaig i Joan Quintana, del bar de tapes i restaurant La Morera de Mataró. També parlem de la garnatxa La Florens de Josep Grau, viticultor (DO Montsant) i, amb Miguel Coronado, d'un celler amb vins emparats a la DO Catalunya: Clos d'Agon. I també tenim a l'estudi l'artista Marta Arañó, que pinta una rosa de Sant Jordi amb el vi blanc de Clos d'Agon.
