Què millor que maridar vi amb jazz? En aquest "Tast vertical" us expliquem tot el que voleu saber del Vijazz, un festival emblemàtic del Penedès amb grans figures del jazz internacional i nacional, i vins de la DO Cava i la DO Penedès. Aquest any el festival ha assolit la majoria d'edat, i es consolida com una de les cites dels amants d'aquestes dues disciplines de l'art: beure i sentir. Ens en parlen el seu director artístic, Carles Ocaña, i el president de l'Acadèmia Tastavins Penedès, organitzadora del Vijazz, Max Margalef. A més, ens visiten Josep Almirall, responsable d'exportació del Celler Domenio, i Dorian Picart, amb qui preparem un licor de figa.
